That's very good! Sorry if I came across as a ****, not my intention. I've just seen to many people talk about light weight and great price online and 27 lb wheels are $300.

These look really and that's a very good price. These are on my list now for possibles. Thanks again!

Sounds good. Please use the web order contact request form going forward when you are ready, or for any questions.

Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do .

In general, it does help things work fluidly by utilizing the order contact request form. You can just use the Other section for quick questions.

There are a few variables with ETA's which can vary from 8-12 weeks, or half of that with air freight, which rates from TD are reasonable. These are some of the things I cover with you through the use of the form. Each custom order is unique so answering questions and getting information from the factory works much easier through the contact form.

As to the wheels, the one shop gives you a good idea of how well the Pro Race 1.2 works with the shape of the FR-S/BRZ lines. It is a natural, athletic motorsport feel IMO, which is exactly what the FR-S/BRZ are designed to be.

With the range of colors to choose from, there is a good fit for any FR-S/BRZ. Anyone putting a set of Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2, or 1.3 depending on size needs, will not be disappointed.

The thing about Team Dynamics wheels is that they are made for RACING. They have to withstand high heat, heavy side-loads, repeated abuse against apex curbing, while being reasonably light. So TD wheels are rarely on the light side, though never on the heavy side.

BUT, they are very strong and reliable. Their Pro Rally 1 rims are bombproof and I swear by them on my WRX. If I were to track my cars, TD wheels would be on my short list.

If you want a reasonably priced and weighted rim that will stand up to typical city potholes, TD rims are a good choice. (If you want to withstand Boston potholes in spring, get a set of Pro Rally 1 rims. )

are any of the Team Dynamics wheels flow formed? from what i've read, they only have low pressure cast w/ heat treat, and fully forged. so if they have the equipment to forge, why no flow forming?

Why does that blue have to be so dark?
Hold your left hand up and and stop at the amber reflector and the rest of the car looks BLACK!

The simple answer is TD does not offer flow formed rims at the moment as "their" customers want either forged or cast.

The Team Dynamics Pro Race line is engineered for racing first. The current designs exceed the requirements of "their" customers, who range from from full on racing series, to race teams, to individuals. The engineering design is to produce lightweight yet durable and affordable motorsport racing wheels. These wheels also are excellent, good looking, real world, everyday use wheels.
