They are called curbs everywhere I've been to.

Thanks to those who gave me good inputs. I'm still a little stumped in why my bumper will clear but something else under the car scrapes even when I go in at the slowest speeds and the lowest acute angle I can get it. I jacked up the car on the oem jack to as much as I can get it but it's still hard to tell what I'm scraping. I know at least a few other people who are lowered knows exactly what I'm talking about so I'd appreciate some comments!

I have same thing. It will scrape a tiny bit underneath (I still don't know WTF is scraping) but neither my front nor rear bumpers touch ground over my driveway entrance. I'm also lowered one inch on Eibach pro-kit springs.

If you look under the car by the tires, you'll see a black flap that extends downwards. You're probably scraping that on the ground.

You mean the mud flap plastic thingy? This faintly (not crazy like something is breaking, but it is audible) sounds like metal. Unfortunately, I never have anybody with me to look when I'm pulling in.

You asking me or OP? If you are asking me, I'm 100% positive it's not due to being on 3 wheels. I know what that feels like (from a super stiff suspension former STI). It's from rubbing something while I pull in straight on.
LOL at that vid BPM! My car isn't that stanced out (I hate that). It's lowered actually a tiny bit less than one inch (7/8" according to Eibach). |

The bottom of the bumper isn't necessarily the lowest point of the car... I haven't measured, but to me it looks like the under tray is lower than the front bumper.
