IMHO knowing the 5, I'd do an oil change.
Going up the grape vine and down the grape vine will be horrendous on a car without fairly new oil. I abuse the shit out of that portion of the road anytime i'm in a rental, and I always take the car back and tell them to do an immediate change in oil. I also abuse it in my camry too and have a fresh oil change when I get back. That mountain climb is a pain at 35 mph, much faster at 85, but your car will hate you at the top of the mountain by losing power after the abuse. |
