Any ideas in the Southbay that can has enough parking that it can host a mobile business (trailer) that doesn't need landlord approval and won't give us a hard time?

I'm thinking the same and Mercado. I just would hope security or such would not harass for permit to do business or whatever.

yeah the issue with those would be that they are on private property if on the lots themselves. Are we talking something like a food truck? If so we want to have available maybe a street parking location just outside of said parking lot. Near the area we parked at for Mercado I'm thinking would be possible. So we (patrons and members of general public) can park together conveniently, and the business can be steps away but on public ground to avoid issue.

Another option would be some kind of community park.

If we are talking about good trucks then they have been at macarthy ranch Starbucks before during Sj bike party. Just saying.

not sure how strict they are over there... but if that doesn't work, we still have north 1st by 237 (san jose), milpitas starbuck, big lot/starbuck (el camino), great mall parking structure, and mercado

a couple spots where know food trucks set up are the big lots in Milpitas off Calaveras and the parking lot where Mervyn's used to be also on Calaveras

It's not a food truck(s) haha. It's a mobile service that sells safety and track equipment - helmet, gloves, shoes , etc.
