power/heat cycling is something you do to soft compound tires to make then more sticky.

just curious
Look at his mod list, he's running Nitto nt555r's, a drag radial.

I'm going to shoot for 13's with the OFT + e85. Hasn't anyone ran e85 at the 1/4 mile yet?

I ran a 15.2 stock so I'm sure I'd get at least a second off...hopefully

How many times have you ran?

I'm sure someone has used corn juice at a drag strip but I haven't seen a time slip.

I ran 5 times but I only got 3 time slips because they screwed my car number up . My times where 15.8, 15.3, 15.2, then who knows lol. I probably got a little better around 15.0 as I was getting the launch better. My 60' was 2.1-2.2. Traps 91-92 mph. Car only had 1500 miles on it too.

Looking at your stock runs, for you to get in the 13s you are going to need to hook up better and get a better 60'. If you already knew that sorry for being redundant.

Yeah I do know that I need to improve the 60' but not going to improve much as I was already launching at 5k with a clutch slip. Too quick of a slip/dump and it would just spin 1st gear hence the 15.8 time. I need drag radials on some steelies

The DR's plus my current tune of the OFT + e85 I think 13's should be doable.

Well, it needs to improve much, corn juice with the same 60' isn't going to have you in 13s.

It's the shitty stock tires...hard launches and they just spin.

What have you ran?
