I have to get a STAR smog certificate says this thing that came in the mail from the friends at that DMV place...They say it's due in 2 months, even though I have 7 more months before my car reaches the 2 year since last smogged mark...wtf, is California so broke they're trying to steal ~15 bucks from me?
