So.. It is safe to ask what FRS300 is driving these days?

You guys are making me consider getting tapatalk for the sig alone... but that would just make me stuck to these forums even more.

Hey, we need technical posts in this thread..... so.

How is the tuning coming in the frs300? Are we getting @jamesm to scale the PI and then the MAF or is he going to be tricky and scale the DI on this car?

i have a brand new method... testing right now actually. much improved over my old methodology... doesn't mess with the di pressure or load calc (maf scale), yet still allows you to dial both port and di 100% independently and as close to perfection as you can get it. few more test runs to confirm everything is working as expected and i'll make the screencast. it'll require custom maps.

but this car has a turbo, so bigger maf housing and injectors. you'll have to balance it all out or drivability will be horrible.

You are just having too much fun with custom maps. You are like that geek who uses his new tablet to control everything just because he can, even if it isn't the easiest to set up but it allows him to use the new feature one and show off/be lazy (not knocking you since I do the same thing and I am sure this also has good function as your other maps have).

I'm right there with you. I can run Jelly Bean on my Nexus10 and have one of many Linux Distros running natively right on top (it is currently set to run Ubuntu). When I was in Italy, I had a compter set up at home running 24/7 that I could connect to to download stuff for when I got back, to diagnose our network from outside of the router in case things went screwy, and to perform other tasks just because I could. Those aren't even my most extreme cases... just highlights along the way

Are you guys sure the car is going to be mechanically sound enough to drive it all the way back up here? I was going to take my truck and trailer to be on the safe side. Anyways like I said I am racing my SpecE30 at Barber this weekend. Our race is over Sunday morning and then I will be heading home and Monday is a Federal holiday, so if I can help Sunday afternoon thru Monday, let me know.
