A few more questions, in anticipation for my tablet...

I want to verify the tune is 100% healthy for the engine once I flash it. I drive my car pretty hard whenever I take it out so I'm a little paranoid about this since I've never used a tuning solution before.

So, which things should I check? AFR & IAM I'm assuming are the most important values to verify they are perfect for engine health? I've read on here and it seems 12.5-12.6 AFR is about right, but then I've read people having it somewhere in the 11's as well.

I'm assuming this is all available on the tablet? From the video I saw it seems like it reads all these values from the OBD2 which is really cool . Wonder what chipset this thing uses maybe I can flash android/linux onto it as a dual boot system, and get torque working on it...

I'm sure it is I've heard a lot of bad things about the stock tune (another reason for me getting one). But I just want to verify all checks & balances are correct before I start laying into it.

Make sure your AFR is in the right range...12s at WOT. Make sure LTFT is reasonable (+/-0-6% or so). IAM should be as close to 1 as possible and if it drops, it should go back up by itself.

I read that your Stage 2 tune is for catless header. Would stage 2 work with aftermarket header with HFC or it's best to stay with stage 1 tune for catted header?

thanks in advance.
Can anyone please help me with my question above?

thanks again.

You are probably best off with a stage 1 tune since you haven't opened the exhaust enough to gain the benefits of the no cat tune, but you should still make a tad bit more power than those with factory headers.

Either the Stage 1 or Stage 2 tune will work well with a catted aftermarket header. You'd just have try both and see which one you prefer. It's hard to know which one is definitely better matched without visiting a dyno unfortunately. But both will work much better than the stock tune

Just do a WOT logging on both ROMs and see which AFR on WOT is closer to 12
