No. It's been iterated by every spec sheet and official blurb to date: USDM cars all get 17x7 wheels with 215/45-17 Michelin Primacy HP tires.

and here I was hoping for the 16s as an option... they weight in less
around 15-16lbs I believe ... I guess I'll have to get a set of
RPF-1s

Through different dealerships. One dealership can place 2 orders for the same person. I know who has done so and they have two VONs.

The point is to reduce the crap orders people are doing just to get cars to their dealerships and to stop those who just want one as soon as possible so they figure they'd go through multiple dealers. People who really intend to buy two will buy from one dealership.

Are the dealers going to contact those who pre-ordered and ask us what options/accessories we want when Subaru releases what they will be?

Meaning they'll markup the price instead of letting us choose what we want?!?!?

Well I think we will pay MSRP for any options but I didn't know if they would be installed at the port when it arrives overseas or at the dealership.

Which options? Port options like the rearview mirror, chrome trim, subwoofer, etc - or dealership options (not yet announced). For the port options, the dealer asked the customer which options they wanted when they were placing the orders. Of course no prices for the options were given.

*EDIT* I miss spoke

My dealer had a list of "accessories" but not a list of "options" the list of accessories he quoted me was similar to the JDM brochure. Although, if you look at the leaked BRZ site they have a more extensive list of options. I asked him about changing my order to add these accessories/options when the price came out and he said he would contact me as soon as the pricing information came out on them.
