Lol, I can understand that. I generally have no trouble being the asshole in those kinds of situations. Personally, I hate when people intentionally try to make others feel self-conscious about their appearance; especially when it's unwarranted.

Hopefully it wasn't intentional. If it were or not, it shouldn't even get the best of you. For as long as I have been around woman they always bring up on how they need to lose weight (mostly complain), need to go on a diet, had will power to workout, or think of going under the knife. So most girls would be jealous of you. You're obviously born with skinny genes so you would be considered the lucky one.
I know we can all have our little self conscience issues once in awhile, but you got to embrace it and just live your life.
