really not looking forward to spending all this money to upgrade my axles and get risers.. but it definitely looks like a must do, i REFUSE to raise this car!

Last thing I need is to break an axle 4+ hours away at a drift event.

Amen.

Shame it's such a design floor when these cars look so boss slammed.

It's not exactly a design flaw. Most cars have bad axle angle when you slam them. Otherwise they would have bad axle angle at stock height.

So, question about dampening. What specs are you guys running when drifting and why do you prefer it that way?

Buddy Club 8K Front 6K Rear (Part # BC02-RSD12ZN6)

It's the tried and true way.

Current setup:

STANCE 6k Front / 7k Rear

Dampening: full stiff up front more so due to my ride height, 2-6 clicks down from full stiff in back depending on speed of track

Still have A LOT of fine tuning to do but this is where I am at so far with my setup.

Stance 6k/7k

Full stiff rear. 4 from full stiff front.

I'm gonna end up going with swift springs 8k/9k after another good year or so of abuse when I get them rebuilt.

I'm curious if anybody is utilizing an aftermarket sway bar setup.

If so, what type/settings?

Hey I'm at my first time drifting and need some help (stock)

For some reason when I initiate a drift turning left I spin out immediately but when I turn right it is fine. Is this due to me doing something different or is there something fundamentally different in terms of settings on the car?

its you. I find myself drifting to the left is much easier because i am more comfortable doin it. Drifting right i feel more sketchy with it. It just takes time and practice. I am stock also and this car drifts fine both ways

Hey you are right by the end of the day u did ok on both sides. The only weird thing is fir maybe half my runs in mid drift the inside I'd my car would fog up instantly to the point where I can't see outside my window. After I park for maybe 1 min it goes back to normal like when you normally defrost your windows. . But during the drive it Doesn't go away. What could be causing this?

Quit breathing so damn heavy

Lol

Windows should be down when drifting. No reason anything should be fogging up. If they are down and you're having this issue, I honestly have no clue what could cause that. Unless it's just really cold outside and the air hitting the windshield is causing it to frost up a bit.
