jamesm I find it appalling that you're defending toni here.

obviously he isn't sitting at his desk saying "man this is fun"

he's sitting at his desk saying "oh shit... they finally caught on"

I really don't think @jamesm is defending doyne, all he is saying is this was 11 years ago and it is better to focus on all the crap toni is doing now. He's certainly given us enough to talk about between bad tunes, bad parts, knockoffs, missing items, and long ship dates.

He's also expressed concern over forum members who will be left in the lurch when we do run him off. Who will fix their bad tunes, and whT will happen to @Frs300 and his car if toni completely packs up.

pointing out his problems, indicating in to fix the issues are good. Sometimes burning everything to ground is not the answer.

I'm not trying to defend anyone, I'm just trying to discourage people from jumping on the pile. A few months ago it was JV, now it's Toni, it might be you or one of your friends next.

I think it's wrong that there are people in this thread jumping on who are out nothing and have no involvement in the situation. They just want to pile on because it's what the cool kids are doing at the moment. That's not a great way to build a community, regardless of the circumstances.

If YOU have problems or issues with his business practices that effect YOU feel free to post up and make it public. There's no need to jump in unnecessarily and offer nothing but jabs or dredge up shit from 11 years ago.

Either you are trolling or you are on fa20club payroll.

There is absolutely no excuse for how he is running his business and nobody should have to put up with it. How would you like it if you or your friend were the ones with thousands of dollars tied up with this fraud?

Bad businesses stay around because people like you sick by them, letting them continue on fucking people.

I'm one of a few that are vocal about everything, there are many that don't want to come out until they have the product or money back from him because he likes to blackmail.

No? You miss understood his point. He is not defending this man. He is simply stating that his arrest 11 years ago has no substantial relavence to the kits quality and customer service. Now, if you can find out why he was arrested, and it turns out it was related to his business practices, then yes you can use it as a valid point against him and his company. In no way is @jamesm sticking by Toni. In light of this, someone who has lost a fairly large amount of money is psychologically bound to have a negative view about everything related to the cause of loss of money.

He was arrested multiple counts of theft and dealing in stolen property. Not too different from scamming people out of money. .

i'm not sticking by anyone. I've never done any business with him in the first place lol. i'm just saying that most of the people in here piling on haven't either, and that's wrong.

there is an entire subforum dedicated to vendor reviews when users receive subpar service. this thread is just a bunch of people jumping on someone they've probably never even dealt with because it's the cool thing to do.

on the fa20club payroll lol... that's hilarious. i'm sure he pays me to tune people's cars for free so he won't have their business, or to fight with him on the forums. you obviously have no idea of our history with one another (myself and toni). i've met toni and he has been personable and friendly to me, but we're certainly not on the same team lol.

Perhaps you missed the previous posts in deleted threads that referenced the multiple tuning companies he's had on other platforms and forums that fucked people in the last 10 years.

When that keeps on happening under new shop names and a new car every couple years, that isn't bad luck or cut the guy a break his business grew too fast. It means you're a shithead.

Like the saying. If you look around and can't see which of your neighbors is an asshole it's probably you

By all means, go and get this guy, hell I would and I haven't bought anything from him. But the point is, using irrelevant arguments against him and his multifaced businesses is pointless. How he is still able to pull in money is astounding tbh. agreed, that @Frs300's car is most likely liable to be put as stolen, then that's what must be accused of him. tacking on extra charges without significant evidence would be wasted time and effort unless it lead to viable options. If you can find concrete evidence from those people on those forums who have had problems with him then sure you can tack on all the charges you want. Personally, I just want him out of the vehicle world, especially the 86's, so vendors around here can get a better rep.

if a member of our community needs help, regardless of the circumstances we should offer help, not a public beat-down. everyone wins if he pulls through this and gets it together (which i agree needs to happen). what's going on now is only reducing the possibility of an amicable resolution between toni and his customers, and that should be what his customers want in the end.

again i'm not here to preach, just saying i think there's some face-stomping going on here that isn't helpful.
I agree, and the person that needs help right now is Brandon in getting his car back from Toni and FA20Club.

Dude, he isn't on the FA20Club payroll. He is stating the same thing I stated to @Frs300. Bad mouthing and bringing up Toni's past doesn't help in getting anything accomplished in the present or the future. There is nothing wrong with posting up your review and dealings with FA20Club. That is what needs to be done and that is what will keep people from purchasing from him in the future.
