You were right! I actually started drilling, to use an extractor. I noticed the bolt wiggling, and swapped tools for a pick (compliments of your suggestion!). After that one, a center punch and pick worked beautifully.

Thanks!

no problem man. Glad I saved you some trouble. I originally thought I was going to have to drill and extract, then my buddy was like "did you even check to see if its broken loose?" Then I felt like an idiot because I didn't, haha.

Interesting. Sounds like we need to get to the bottom of this. Page 18 of the manual shows 8.8 ft lbs, which is quite a bit lower.

Thanks for the response. Hopefully we can figure out which is correct! I'd hate to under OR over torque these bolts.

97 inch pounds = 8.08 ft/lbs, no? not 8.8, but pretty close.

I recall getting these codes after installing the IC SC, send the codes to your tuner, if I'm not mistaken, it's tune related.
What MAP sensor you using?

I don't wish on anyone to go through the issues I expirienced installing the kit.
But it's is a relief to know I'm not the only one,. I kept having thrown at me that nobody else is having the issues I've reported.

Keep that list of problems going, I believe there are definitely hardware issues that the manufacturer must sort out.

My tune is through delicious as well

Edit: I also found that I've got a minor leak where the lines are crimped going into the coolant bottle.
