I'm about 90% done my install now, to the point where I ran it for about 20 minutes. We're still about a month and a half away from the snow starting to melt, but I'll be able to lower it from the jackstands soon and clean it all up just in time for spring.

Here's a quick vid I took of the BOV sound. It's the AVO bov set to 50/50

The exhaust leak came back with a vengeance. I had PTuning remove the headers to have them decked and they were so warped that the machine shop didn't want to do it. In order to level the flanges they would end up too thin.

Working to see about warranty at the moment.

I had the car back at PTuning for the MAF repositioning. After they finished the intake piping install they went to tune and noticed the exhaust an oil leaks had returned. Hopefully this can all get resolved soon!

This isn't the first I've read about uneven flanges. I hope the problem is in the minority and it isn't that more people aren't speaking up.

Mine isn't leaking, but if I were to do this install over again, I would diassemble it and and have the flanges faced before installing. (as a precaution)

I'm pretty sure it's a minority issue. Another kit in this same batch has not as nearly as much of an issue if any.
