If anything, I think there's a lot less speeding, and more people drive at similar speeds to everyone else on the highway (which is actually safer than having some people at 55 and others at 80).

For one, cars have gotten a shitton more safe throughout the years. Airbags, ABS, to name a few.
But at the same time, you have to think of the other modes of transportation that use the same system. Motorcycles, and big-rigs, say if someone had to stop for some reason to avoid an accident, big-rigs going at a higher speed limit would have less time to react and to stop in time. And then there's little cars, such as jellybe--..miatas, and the 86 twins. People already barely see the cars (apparently).
What's your take on raising the speed limit?

Bringing those two groups together has in many places led to less accidents.
@Calum basically nailed it.

Anyway, I think a raise on the speed limit wouldn't hurt as long is it was a 5 to 10 mph increase. I'll admit that I tend to go 10 to 15 mph over the speed limit, but I know when to slow down by watching the traffic ahead. @LadyFRZ, you brought up a good point about the bigger/smaller than average vehicles on the road, but I see them going just as fast or keeping up in some instances around 75-85 mph. And @chrisl, that would have been one my points. - "safer than having some people at 55 and others at 80." Sometimes I find myself slicing and dicing through traffic because some people are going too slow for my pace, but I still do it with precaution so I don't scare anyone with my maneuvering. Unless someone is being a dikc.

All in all, I usually hear about other states that are very strict on the rule of speeding. If you're caught going over 1 mph of the speed limit then you're getting pulled over for a ticket. So that kind of irritates me to hear such a thing, even though it is the law... I just think the general the speed limit could use a bump, but I'm only talking about highway speeds.

Hmm over the internet banter would probably suck. I was never that much into social media until last year. It didn't take her long to figure that part out. For that she started keeping tabs on me. Her first two attempts were laughable, cause I knew what she was trying to do. I told her what she needed hear to move on, but that didn't work. So she didn't just downgrade, but she hit rock bottom herself. I told her what she was getting herself into is something I don't want to be a part of and now she's in crisis mode.
It was by chance this time that we ran into each other at the most random time and place. She just thought it would be a smart idea to let me have it. So I let her speak her mind, but I wouldn't let her get the satisfaction to try put me down.

If you're gonna start a battle then at least finish the war.

But I did go back to that store and picked up that leather jacket the next day. Now I'm debating to return it cause it almost cost as much as my new suite.
∑(O_O;) What was I thinking?

That really bothered me to read that. You know you're beautiful and that smart ass mind of yours is a deadly combo too.

In a fit of fuck-this-snow rage. I cleaned off my car in a matter of seconds... With my bare hands.

Note to self: What I think is a good idea, and what actually is a good idea are two completely different things.
So. Much. Pain.
I still need to move it, damn.

I haven't read this thread in so long. But I came here simply to state:

I just got piiiiiiiiiiiiiissed the fuck off by some girl on the internet that I've never met.

It would be too long of a story to type, plus it's really stupid and it would make everyone who read it dumber, just like that Billy Madison speech. I needed to vent. Whew...

Still mad. It isn't often, but sometimes some bitches just need to get punched in the face. I encountered such a bitch today.
