like i understand women's olympic hockey, where only one team has even a glimpse of what would be considered funding and maybe skill and as such, dominate the fuck out of everyone

but the NFL? Amereica's favorite passtime? How do you get a team that's so vastly superior in such a competetive environment?
Matchups, consistantcy, play calling + execution

Congrats to Seattle for their first Super Bowl title. Played a great game defensively.

Unless you live in Seattle and remember 2005, at which point it was quite non-boring.

I can see that haha. I find it funny that a higher % of people watched the SB here in Jacksonville than in Denver. People turned that shit off quick.

The Broncos just never showed up. If I was an even bigger Seahawks fan then this would have been the perfect game to ever ask for when it comes to being a die-hard sports fan.
The first play of the game really was the first indication how this game was going to be. I also found it funny when someone jokingly predicted the the score would be 69-3. Now that would have been something.

I know for fact that no one saw that train wreck of a Superbowl coming. Plus, that's the type of game that will haunt you for the rest of your life too.

I feel bad for Peyton. The entire team was amateurish yet all the jokes are going his way.

Exactly.

I don't want to take away anything from Seattle cuase they absolutely deserved that win.

But being a QB usually means you're going to get most of the glory, but right now he's the face of the mockery. And as funny as most of the jokes that going around in Manning's expense, this would be one of those times I could look away and blame every other person on that roster than Manning, mostly the offensive lineman.

"#1 Offense vs the #1 Defense"

I heard that over and over leading up to the game. Someone forgot to tell Denver that defense wins games in the NFL.

Still though, thought it would have been closer.

But it wasn't so let the MEMEs fly!!!

good god im hung over.....

anyway...I feel bad for Denver, they had back luck from the beginning with that coin toss, followed by bad opening with that safety, that stole any sort of morale the broncos could have had to recover. + that first quarter hit by kam was like putting a physical wall up against the Broncos. You could almost see it in their eyes they were pretty broken from the beginning.

I mean it was an exciting game for me since i'm a big Seahawks fan, but as a football fan that was such a bad superbowl game, Denver was never able to show their true colors as the best offence, and I still do believe they are the best offence. I don't see any of Broncos failings were the result of Manning being the sole source. Seattle's D was actually more impressive this game than I recall all season.

Anyway, Seattle is partying all week, I hope I get some homework done.
