you'd almost have to intentionally try to blow up an FA20 without some sort of mechanical malfunction. the ecu is pretty damn smart, and doesn't like to let you do anything too stupid. of course it's possible, but it's not like if you breathe on it wrong it's gonna go boom. we're talking 80% combined fuel trimming and 3 independent, very active knock control systems here. it's not an obd1 civic.

the pro tuners love that you think that, though i'm sure .

Did you follow up your "wild" years with a name change and string of lemonade shack businesses and roughly a decade worth of upset customers?

I didn't see the date on it. Good catch.

i didn't say anything about that, just that pulling up records from 11 years ago is over the top. if you wanna talk about business practices, that's fair game. this is just a pile-on.

It's too bad this was 11 years ago. That shoots down all my zingers I had lined up such as, "Your tune will be ready in 8 months, 6 with good behavior."

I see your point, however in this case it's a bit of counterpoint to the "business grew too fast" meme that got thrown around in "Toni's" defense.

i'm all for fair-game criticism. and everyone knows toni and i don't always see eye-to-eye and we've scrapped a bit in the past lol. i just don't think that what's going on here is helping anything or anyone. in the end we're a community of like-minded enthusiasts, and communities shouldn't jump on the opportunity to kick someone when they're down.

if a member of our community needs help, regardless of the circumstances we should offer help, not a public beat-down. everyone wins if he pulls through this and gets it together (which i agree needs to happen). what's going on now is only reducing the possibility of an amicable resolution between toni and his customers, and that should be what his customers want in the end.

again i'm not here to preach, just saying i think there's some face-stomping going on here that isn't helpful.

Except he isn't trying to get it together, he's trying to fuck people like me.

what exactly is your situation? have you ordered something that has not been received? is it just taking much longer than expected? "he's trying to fuck me" isn't very descriptive, and illustrating what's going on would be more helpful. i'm sorry if you've already detailed this, but there are multiple stories going around now and they're hard to keep straight.

i highly doubt that toni is sitting at his desk thinking "man this is fun, i can't wait till tomorrow so i can screw some people and lose some more customers". it's only in his best interest, financially and otherwise to get it together.

Its my understanding that Toni has multiple aliases and multiple businesses. Seems like staying in 1 place was never really his goal.

Check the customer service link in my OP.

He lies and scams people. Read thru this thread. He opens new businesses when people find him out. He is a fraud. Yes, he has some legitimate customers but that is just to have since false credibility.
