Yes, cold start. My idle has slightly been increased too once it's warm to prevent the idle dip. Takes about till 1:10 till it warms up.

What's the RPMs on cold start?

The car sounds great.. after the cold start. Just figured you might be able to lower the cold start rpms a bit, to get rid of the noise. I had this issue too, but it was on a stock tune, and I know you aren't on stock tune.'

-edit - I guess you're looking to avoid idle dip problem. Just personal preference to keep my idle a bit lower for better start up sound.

The cold start doesn't bother me. I know you can tune it to not rev as high. Sounds incredible when it is warmed up. Some tuners don't advise getting rid of the cold start due to bringing fluids up to operating temperature quicker. By idle increase, I mean increased while warm. The cold start idle varies, about 1.3k RPM when real cold outside, about 1k when its warmer outside.

Ah okay then. I was looking at around 2k with my CBE pre-tune. It was obnoxious. Mine is around 1.2k I'd say now

Well, I would like to post this in here since this is the most direct place to get in touch with most of you.

I am going to be receiving a 2015 sti, so that means I will be parting out most of the parts from my car. I do not have much, but if anyone is interested for some good deals.

BC coilovers

+ my pretty much brand new 5x100 Rota Retro2 17x9 w/dunlop direzza dz101.

I am in no hurry but since most of this stuff is coming out at dealership or prior to (if anyone is interested) I would rather give this to some deserving hardworking local.

Have a great morning everyone.

@ron_n_tx

This was at the last cars & coffee meet. They are pretty non-existent from what I can tell. I picked these up from wheel dude not too long ago honestly and these were the ones they had on their SEMA car. There is a post on their website in regards to them getting a supply of them but from what they told me they are not going to be carrying them. They are meant to look like trd toscos, and I am sure they were made to replicate the look of the TRD fr-s we saw a few months ago.

I'm probably going to sell my Q300. Very happy with my N1. Comes with a brand new unused midpipe since the N1 and Q300 have the same one. This is the blue titanium tip version. Had it on for maybe 600 miles. No major damage, light scratches on the right tip which are barely visible which I think came from installing. $450 if anyone wants it. Would rather not ship it.

would anyone be able to help me install my tom's tail lights sometime this week?

i would do them myself, but all of my tools are back home in houston. all that's required for the install is a 8mm deep socket/open socket wrench and a long screwdriver.

I'll check my tools when I get a chance, but I don't know that I have 8mm. If so, I would gladly give a hand.

Where are you located? You can just use an open ended 8mm wrench. Costs $10 at Auto Zone. Good luck with installing the flasher relay. That was a PITA for me.
