It's more like Samsung which be default does not like to play nice. The Sony HU itself plays just fine with phones.

Are you guys talking about connecting the s3 to the stock hu?

I use pandora on my s4 and it works fine, but strangely the song thats playing, the name doesnt show up on hu. Do you know anything about that?

I guess they're referring to a different HU, but I'll give input anyway.

Are you using the stock music player app? I have an S3 and originally was using a 3rd party music player (MixZing), and track info was rarely ever showing up. There was also a lot of delay when I tried to skip tracks via the HU.

Switched back to the stock Apollo music player, and issues went away. Still occasional lag when going to next track, but not nearly as bad.

Edit: I should also mention that I'm rooted with CM10.2 ROM at the moment

I de-badged her today! I don't know why I waited so long( I was scared of screwing it up)

But thankfully it was easier then I thought and I didn't. I only wanted to remove the Subaru on the left but loved how clean it looked so I went ahead and did the BRZ too!
