I have to drive down the busiest pedestrian interaction in Toronto(Boot leg shibuya crossing) after work every night. Whenever I drive through, I look at my rear view mirror and see tons of people staring at my car. The best is when the lights turn red and i'm in front of all the cars. Tons of people just staring while they walk by.

Drove an E46 M3 for 10 years and had a few people comment on the car being nice. I can count on 1 hand how many compliments I got from people that weren't car people.

I've had I don't know how many compliment the FRS in one month of ownership. One guy even had a loud speaker/bull horn in the car and used it from 3 lanes over saying "I love your car." I rolled down my window and yelled back "Thanks and I love that you have a horn like that in the car."

i really didn't do anything to him.

some guy in a clk drove up next to me on the highway and matched my speed. pulled out his phone and snapped a picture than drove off. was weirded out so I caught up to him and gave him this look

he rolled down his window and said "nice car".

A few days after I got my FR-S, I was heading over to the coast to get some real road time in. As I was filling up, the guy next to me says "man thats a beautiful car! Is it a Porsche?" I just kinda smiled, and said "nah it's a Scion FR-S." Said he'd never seen one, but was really impressed. Made me feel really hip, haha. Had a great trip through the twisties on the way to the coast and back!
