Whiteout FRS stuck in traffic going west on central expressway near Castro st. I was the other whiteout going the other way. Sorry didnt didn't wave. It was too late when I saw you. Also was too busy enjoying my spirited sprint

Saw a whiteout FRS this AM coming down 87 offramp to 101. I was literally next to it, but driver didn't look over. Had a Perrin license plate frame on stock everything else.
