A lot of people respond poorly to a high carb diet. Granted theres a million ways to skin a cat with dieting but that is a very heavy carb diet, even the protein amount is pretty low.
peanut butter pwo meal. Eeg breakfast. I cook all my food with olive oil. You pick.

My protein intake isn't crazy high like how others want it. I've always stuck from a very low 120 to a max of 180-200. But typically I'm good with 150g. It's been doing very good for me. I calculate it so i don't need protein for bone weight and fat weight. People just calculate total body weight and a gram, gram and a half for that. For me it's just 1gram per "lean" body weight. So for me i'm sitting on about 150-170ish.

more like don't eat junk food. If you say dont count junk food as a meal than people will think its ok to eat junk food on the side. Typically junk food is very attractive but digests quick because of the simple carbs/sugar.

I wouldn't say eat when you're hungry but have a better food timing. Eat more meals, probably once every 2- 2.5 hours. This will allow you to not be hungry or full but content through out the day until you go to sleep and wake up hungry.

1 tbsp of peanut butter is not a lot of fat lol..and the eggs IF you choose to eat them is about 16g of fat. Pending on how much EVOO you are cooking your food in, its still pretty low, and very carb heavy.

But hey, like I said earlier, there are a lot of different ways to set up a diet, and if a higher carb diet works for you then by all means. But a lot of people are sensitive to carbs, and way too many people do NOT eat enough healthy fats.

My diet is based on protein/fat, lower carb because i'm sensitive to it. I do eat carbs everyday though, just limited.

If a newcomer was to look at that meal you posted up earlier, it looks like protein/carb (more like carb/protein). I was just trying to stress the point that healthy fats are important

Like i said before, you just have to eat more. Most people who think it's hard gaining weight, and think theyre already eating a lot are either 1 not really eating enough or 2, they hit a plateau. You need to either eat more or break that plateu. Breaking a plateu means you need to push yourself over that wall of you being frozen unable to gain weight/strength. It's always been easy for me to gain weight just because i know how well my body absorbs nutrition.
