Oh, believe me, it wasn't easy. I could hear the turbo flutter a little sometimes when I would give it a little more gas and come close to hitting positive pressure and it was killing me not being able to just gun it. But, I kept reminding myself that it would be a very costly and short lived experience.. haha.

i would love to, but if i can find some1 a bit more timely then great. i like to install my stuff quickly and be done. normally thats no issue, but when it comes to turbo i need tuning so i need to rely on some1 else too..... i fucking hate that. there is only 1 guy that i trust enough to give him things, wait, and not worry about y is it taking so long. and thats the guy that will b building my engine down the line

by the time I'm built ill probably have a new project lol. after boost, clutch, and supporting mods I'm paying off the car quickly

Edit: I have the 60 trim turbo and full exhaust, which hinders spool time.. making it easier to stay out of boost.

Where'd you go for your tune?

Whats the point in staying out of the boost when having the base map? I thought when you send in the run riles, one is a 3rd gear WOT and the other gears 1 thru 6

Basemap is to start the process to see what your car does thus go back and fourth to dialing it in perfectly. I drove around on my base map for a bit it's so hard not to boost from 1st-6th lol espically after you hear the turbo

i was thinking throw it on the dyne at JM Lexus meet for some numbers, then catalog it rt at the meet lol

But when you send in the files, one of the runs is a 3rd gear WOT right? So wouldn't the turbo boost be activated? Is the remote tuning via Toni not very sound or do people just prefer to do local tuning?
