237 and N 1st street. And much larger parking area too. There's also a coffee place, may not be Starbucks. And Panda Express, pizza, chipotle, etc. I don't recall which one it is, but one of the chains has an outdoor eating area with heatlamps, fireplace, chairs, etc.

Then the next question is, why the hell didn't I think of these heatlamps before haha

lol i told u about santana row before they have those outdoor heaters... but only limited to restaurant dining area...
