Message Box Size

Requesting Admins increase the size of the text entry area for posting. I've seen other vBulletin forums where the user can drag a corner of the text entry area to make it larger.

It's currently difficult to work on a large post with images, ex: on a DIY thread where posts may be long and contain multiple images.

Thanks-

Have you tried a different browser? Chrome works fine for me.

I'm using Firefox/Mac.

I frequent another vBulletin forum that allows me to expand the box, like in your screenshot. Must be a site-specific tweak.

Thanks for the info, and the next time I do a mega-post or DIY I'll try another browser.

Try now... or whenever you post. It's not hard to see if it is expandable or not, and if vBulletin has a bug I'm sure the admin want to know about it sooner than later.

It's expandable in Mac/Safari, not expandable in Mac/Firefox.

Wow, all these years on forums and I never realized this was a thing. Just tested on Firefox 26.0 and IE11, Win 8.1, and didn't see the drag box in either of them.

For what it's worth, if I was ever making a long DIY post I'd write it up in notepad and then just paste it into the box. Probably just an old habit from ancient html coding though.
