I'll tell you one thing...I'm usually leaving last minute and speeding to wherever I need to go...but as soon as I have my dog in the car with me...EVERYBODY BETTER BE DOING THE SPEED LIMIT!

I'm sure people feel the same with babies in the car.

I'm usually on cruise control but when I pass a car I usually speed up like most people would, it might seem douchey but it's safer than passing a big car slowly. One time there was a car that kept swerving back and forth in a lane and I was afraid to pass it because it was dangerous yet I don't wanna be behind this car either so I sped up and passed it. The car also sped up and came by my side to wave his finger but it wasn't a side to side wave but more of pointing forward. Not sure if I pissed him off but it was for my safety with the way he was driving.

As long as you're not changing lanes constantly speeding through traffic 80+ MPH then I don't think it's douchey as much as it's safety to pass a car quickly. That's my personal opinion but others might see it differently.

I'd say they're probably clueless, but not a douche. Douchebaggery insinuates some level of conscious choice... such as driving aggressively.

What if your car IS your baby? Might explain why I drive like an old man.

Please stop this before it starts! I do not want this to become the next civic, it's in a different price range anyways so I'm not sure if it'll get there.

this is exactly what i do... when i drive like a grandma, something always happens for some reason... trucks dropping debris all over the place and people swerving into my lane. -_-

When I come up behind them, slowly get closer, give a courtesy flash, and they still dont move and even worse give me the finger, yeah they are douche bags.

If you arent aware of other people on the road you shouldnt be driving.

Right?? How hard is it to move over to let the guy behind you pass, especially if they politely hang back to avoid tailgating? It's an ego and entitlement thing, really. SMH

those speeding might get where they're going 5 min earlier

i drive in the right lane, about 5-10km over the limit, and leave plenty of room in front.....it is slow comparing to the racers on the toronto roads (i find most of these to be soccer moms in their suvs)

unfortunately this is what i got one time going a bit over the speed, and in the right lane...the asshole behind me was tailgating for about 5 minutes, and the car in the left lane was following in my blindspot ....so the asshole was boxed in, but he decided to pass me on my right once we got to the merge lane

after i got passed, the idiot in the left lane finally picked up the speed and passed me

oh when i say speeding, i'm talking about 20km+ over the limit, which seems to be the norm on the highways here

left lane in europe is for passing only

you drive in it, you get a ticket.....wish it was enforced like that in canada

you get the left lane hoggers that go slower than everyone else, than the mid and right lane become the passing lanes

Let me see if got this straight. All BMW, Audi, Prius, Civic, McLarens, some Miatas, non-modded FRS, BRZ, GT86 and anyone who happens to be driving in the passing lane not doing the posted speed limit are D-bags? Bottom line: there are D-bags driving every type of car. The only car you can control and drive properly is the car you are driving.

I hate Prius drivers. Take the bus!!!
When I get the chance to get out of the city and I see these, I am all like any chance I get lol
