Not too sure how many people on this forum play basketball, but I figured I would give this a shot (used to play with the s2ki guys). Also, I can always use the exercise lol.

I know most true ballers already have their own setup going on for them (24hr fitness, bball group, league, friends, etc). I do as well. Unfortunately, league is over and I can't usually make it out with my friends at the times they play during the week.

So...Would anybody be interested in setting up a basketball game every once in a while? I figure it would be a good way to meet other owners, talk about cars, and more importantly PLAY BALL. If the turnout is decent, we can make it a monthly or bi-weekly thing.

I'll start it off...

I can play weekends (preferably mornings or early afternoons). I usually play in San Jose or Campbell, but I'm also interested in checking out other courts in the non San Jose area. I can usually bring out a couple of heads with me. More if we stay in the San Jose area.

I would be down. My work schedule is different all the time so I can't really put like a date. I suck but I enjoy playing though.. ( shoot threes all day! )

All skill levels are welcome. I'm not the best, but I have love for the game. I'd like to eventually get a list of members setup who also would like to play every once in a while if their schedule permits.

Ryland Park and Campbell Park mainly. Campbell has games going most of the time, evenings as well. At Ryland Park I play with my friends when they setup the games for full court. Skyport (kinda hidden) also gets good games every Sunday at 8am.

i wanna play too. probably will show up and shoot some hoops.

AND/OR

we can all go to some warriors' games (i went to 3, 4 so far) I got tickets for spurs game on 03/22. maybe we can plan around that

Sweet! Hopefully more people show interest so we can set something up. The last game I went to was the Dub Nation night in early December where they came from behind and beat the Mavs. I'm always down to go to a game.

What about City Beach? They have courts inside. Rock wall and other festive things to do too.

yeah, i went to spurs game cos im a spurs fan, the rest of the game im a warriors' fan
