You seem to be set on being right with all of this, even when things you say don't line up with previous comments. So, the only thing I am going to say is don't twist my words around anymore. Area 86 will be a small merchandise display/sale area at Toyota dealers in Japan. it isn't launched until 7 April 2012.

when it opens, maybe they will start putting stuff up on the website as well.

next time i go to Japan (probably mid 2013), i'll surely drop into a Toyota dealer listed on the page to check them out.
