Bamboo Sushi had great sushi when I went a couple weeks ago for the first time. Also Takahasi is pretty good as well but not quite to Bamboo's greatness as far as the sushi went.

Hey chinese can do sushi as well! We already make everything else.

on a side note. If your craving noodles. Yuzu in beaverton right off canyon rd. Best noodles ive ever had in my life.

+1 for Saburo's. Often crowded though... not practical to host a group before/after a meet though. And parking sucks

Yuzo is really awesome, probably the best in Beaverton, but it's so small! You have to make reservations basically. If you don't, you're going to be waiting at the door staring at people eat.

True. And their hours suck ass. Its from like 6-11. And that isnt even garrenteed. The lady and I tried to go there on 4 seperate occassions and they were closed randomly. Nothing worse then trying to get your ramen fix and having to go to red robin instead. They also dont answer their phone.
