Well, your still higher than anyone else with your setup. I'd say you're doing well.

I have some questions that I'm not really finding anywhere related to the Innovate since I just got one.

1. I hear replacing the plastic inlet tube will increase the loudness of the supercharger whine. Does anyone know where I can buy one? I know I can have the local shop make one up but they estimated $200-$300. I want to hear the supercharger scream!
2. Has anyone tried a short ram type intake? Would this reduce lag or would the benefit of the filter straight off the supercharger be negated by the hotter air being pulled in from the engine?
3. From what I've read it's highly recommended to get a dual catch can setup to help protect all the parts. Is this true? I want my parts to go the distance.
4. I'm getting some lag occasionally around 1.5k-2k. I've read this is a result of needing the tune to be fixed. Is this still the case?
5. Any other minor things I can do for this kit to make it better? Not counting the intercooler, meth, or e85.

I didn't see this and you are probably working on it already lol...but i did it without taking the manifold off. I'd suggest taking the back elbow part off first though. use long Allen key sockets with the balls on the end so you can get it on an angle.

Everything else is pretty simple, I had a bitch of a time getting the retaining clips back on, a few bolts of mine came off tight and i think thats why, its a REAL tight fit with the clips back in, so you might have to wiggle/pull the charger around to get the retaining clips in and bolted down.

also, grease up the o ring strips to keep them in place when putting the charger back on. Everything else is pretty simple, minus getting the air out of the system when filling it with coolant.

Its going to take the required amount of coolant so make sure you check how much you have put in. If i would have stopped without knowing the amount that its suppose to take I would have no coolant in there right now haha. Also, the water pump will be quiet once the air is all out. You will know the difference when you hear it.

No idea where you can buy one pre-made, but if you're going to have one made for you, see if you can get something made to make sure the elbow that connects the intake pipe to the supercharger inlet is as big and wide open as possible. A giant free-flowing inlet elbow on a PD blower is just about the best thing you can possibly do to increase efficiency and make more power.

Bonus - the car in this video must have a metal intake, his Kenne Bell SC is loud as hell: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KYM1bFiN8X4"]SNAKEBITE MUSTANG COBRA - YouTube[/ame]

i'm working with one of my friends to custom make an aluminum intake tube that will allow us to not only hear the blower better, but more importantly (to me) it will let us use aftermarket intakes.

2. Has anyone tried a short ram type intake? Would this reduce lag or would the benefit of the filter straight off the supercharger be negated by the hotter air being pulled in from the engine?

does the car feel like it's stuttering? i get that around 3-3.2k rpm, and i'm going to have my tuner try to fix that when i go back over to the shop.

Why are you driving in the 1500-2000rpm range? With the extra parasitic drag of the supercharger I can't see that being benifical.
