I've had multiple lights retrofitted and the key is to use oem ligjts, you shouldnt have to put silica gel in your headlights, not just the leaking issue but aftermarket headlights haze and degrade much faster than oem too

OEM hid projectors are bi-xenon, both high and low for the single projector.

No doubt, which is why I put that you shouldn't have to.. But people shouldn't buy cheap ass rims... But they do, even though the quality isn't as good.. And same goes with cheap ass performance parts.. Winjet lights run 450$ ish.. Compared to new OEM at 2200$ used around 1200$.. For that price I'm using my OEM lens cover, G37 projectors modded and tuned, and some other little bits and it will make the OEM crap hid projector look like a child's toy.. OEM projector isn't even worthy of crap until you put a clear lens on it, even then it's a best of maybe 7 out of 10.. Again then so e of the biggest names in the retrofitting world are posting that they use this stuff.. Well I guess it's for a reason.. They of course are not using it to control a problem, just cheap insurance if there ever is a issue

Series 10 Headlamps are available without VIN from several online Toyota parts stores. Purchased my set with discount pricing ($624/side) on toyotapartsforless.

Part Numbers are:
SU003-04630
SU003-04631

You'll want to get a harness adapter for a true plug and play install from one of our members DeOppressorLiber

Thanks. They are 647 per side now. If anyone knows of a cheaper price. Let me know. Thanks.

I can get BRZ HIDs at 624 per side on BuySubaruPartsNow. Just torn between which headlight I want.

Yes, the complete assembly - includes the bulbs and ballast.
You need the two housings + harness adapter for plug and play.

Subarupartsnow was selling the BRZ headlight package for 595 per side. I believe they just added the tax into the current price. Because it added up to be the same when I did a virtual checkout. It ends up being about 1301.00 with shipping. I will go with these this Spring if the GT86 headlight package does not end up being around this range.

This is interesting. The OEM HID projectors are the RX350 bi-x. Those are almost universally thought to be equal (at least) to the G37 bi-x projectors, especially once modded. Heck, the TL is about the only projector that's better than both from what I've seen, but it's BIG.

I've done two sets now, one BRZ a, one series 10.. The clear lens helped, but I don't think either come close to my modded and tuned G37.. The guys at TRS really hooked up these G37 projectors.. That said, other then some tuning, I haven't modded a RX350, BUT a modded RX may be just as good as my G37.. These are still way way better then a halogen projector with a PnP hid kit.. But I'm more referring to how people think that these projectors are the best thing in the world.. And if people didn't mind cutting stuff up... A LS460 is what I'd love to get installed in one

I'll be installing STI-R clear lenses in this set, a series 10, I may try and mod this one seeing how it comes out as the owner is not in a rush

But I do have a lot to work on the next week
