I don't think you understand what he wrote. "looks the part" means "it looks like it adds power" but doesn't. The louvers do not fall into this category. They do not look like they add power. They are strictly aesthetic.

No. If something looks the part but doesn't function. These louvers probably do a nice job providing shade. No one would mistake them for a go-fast part. That means they aren't rice, just fugly, at least in the opinion of a lot of owners. Of course a bunch of people love them, but not everybody has good taste. Fortunately that's not a crime.

are you able to remove these to clean the rear window easily? also does anyone know if these are plastic or steel or whatever else, dont want them flexing and breaking easily if i spend $900 which is unlikely
