I believe they are. If you look closely there are large screwheads on each side that (to me at least) appear to be the type you use in a "quick release" mechanism.

That could be wishful thinking on my part.

Despite the hate or praise.. Can the true lovers(louvers) of these be notified on this thread that they are in fact on sale at one point in time?

Not sure about the rest of you guys but I intend to keep a close observation of these products being produced. Being a jdm product it could be a rarity. I would hate to see these being produced and I couldn't grab one when the time was right.
