Honestly I have had much better experiences with male officers than women, nothing against you @Liltuffgirl. At the shop I worked at we did work on a few police cars and the guys were always friendly and personable. Two of the three times I've been pulled over the officers have been very professional, even this last time (90 in a 60 at night...The onramp was perfect for a pull through third but he was right at the end with all lights off). However, in my talks with female officers I've always gotten a very stern, cold vibe. I'm ALWAYS very friendly to police and highway patrol, and even then she acted like I made a pig or doughnut joke... Maybe they feel like most guys think they're soft because they are women? Sorry but last time I checked most officers can beat my ass 6 ways to sunday, female or male.

A good but of female cops are just bitches. They hate other female cops and have that "I have something to prove" complex.
My guys told our newest girl I was going to be a bitch to her and she told me that lol I said no I'm not typical. I don't have to have territory nor do I have anything to prove.

I'm nice to everyone unless they give me a reason not to... Or they did something insanely dumb and I'm grumpy lol
I'm nice to other female officers but most just do that fake smile and move on. Doesn't hurt my feelings one bit.

I'm one if the guys and have been my entire life. I wouldn't want it any other way.

I do wish female cops would chill the fuck out sometimes but oh well. We had one before me that always talked down to people and acted like she wanted to fight. Everyone hated her and expected me to be the same. Nah... I'm not going to back down from a fight but I'm not going to try to start one either. Never been in one yet.. Other than man handling someone a few times but that doesn't count. I did that in EMS too lol

Oh and in the realm of getting stopped there is nothing like getting pulled over by 6 month on the job rookie while me and coworker are actively searching for a scumbag with warrants from three states and getting asked "Hey, why are you guys wearing vests? You cops too!?

I always ALWAYS pull over off duty or the county drug unit cops lol now I know them all but it sucks when the switch up cars. Sometimes I think they do it just to screw with me lol
The meth guy drives a blue f250 and I've pulled him 3 times without thinking. So now I won't pull over any blue f250s in that year range lol

What an awful week. Unrequited love it the worst. Told my friend of 5 years how I truly felt and he didn't feel the same. He only "liked" me enough to want to be casual sex partners. - thank god I have selfworth and walked away. It's a shame I can't bring myself to ever want to see him again... I've never been this hurt before. But than again, I've never loved someone this much before.

Everyone is chasing after something and not everyone is going to get what they want.

I understand you liked him for so long and it is hard to break away from those emotions.

Only thing I can really say is that it's his loss, not yours.

To not succumb to his desire as some door mat was smart. It wouldn't bring any good to you and just complicate things more. You deserve better.
