Installed JPM Alcantara knee pads in the dash to go with the speaker panels. It looks great and though I haven't even driven it yet, I can tell my knees will be happy to not bash into the dash plastic anymore.

Pretty easy stuff - 24 min start to finish not including pouring a victory beer.

I followed this thread: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showt...jpm+coachworks

But, I also found there is no reason you need to do the steps for removing the shifter boot and e-brake boot. I pulled up the shifter bezel and undid all the screws for the console and was able to just shift it aside enough to do the install and then put it back. Saves some time!

Try different gas or leave it alone. You can get it fixed at the dealership for free but it'll come back in a few thousand miles. At the end it's just a waste of your time and toyota's money. Wait for a permanent fix to come out. I get mobile gas and the crickets goes away. See if they have anything higher than 91, if not you're going to have to try different gas types. People say cheveron works for them but it only makes it louder for me. It
s most likely location.

nope. There's quite a bit of evidence that swayed me towards getting one though. I plan to keep this car for a long time, and a $200 investment is nothing to me to keep the internals as clean as possible.

I've been thinking about getting one too but I don't drive it hard that often wonder if it will go to waste on NA engine
