very strange, when I email Mike I normally get a response within 24 hours by email.

If they did this to me I'd be looking for someone else to work on my car. Not that anyone but my hands would be touching my car anyways. But that's horrible.

It was a bleeder swap on Sti Brembo, AZP might did that before so that's why I prefer. (One of them in the shop has a BRZ with silver Sti front brembo).

The hex bolts are hard to be taken off. I tried it by myself and almost strip the thread. They need to be heated by torch and are easy to be messed up.

Good news is that the other shop did it perfectly. They heated the screws well, took or extracted the screws out and keep the thread clean and nice.

3 emails in different days and different weeks are hard to be missed. AZP and I communicated before, so there is no way my email will be in Spam automatically.


So a email system down is the only possibility I think.

Both our e-mail and phones are tied to google, so in all likelihood the problems were related.
