This is what I'm wondering about; at this point I don't think I'm buying the car. I would rather someone else more interested in the car goes...

They said we would have to reconfirm when pricing comes out. I would think only people who reconfirmed pricing would be going, but we haven't had to do that yet.

Works for me! Goes back to my earlier comments about them needing all those sizes for a track suit and helmet!

Great, now I'm back to the nightmare of Meatloaf singing to me while I try to drift the FR-S around the track...

I sent an email asking about that, I'll post once I get a response.

I was concerned that the email was a scam as it didn't come directly from Scion. I just got a a call from Scion after talking with them this morning and they confirmed that this is a VALID "Prize". I am definitely going!

Hey any of you lucky First 86 folks around 210 pounds and 6'2" tall? If you get to sit in one I would REALLY like to know how much headroom you get, arm position, shifter, and of course front leg room. I know this is a little car, but I do fit into a Miata fairly well. If the car is too small for me, I simply can't buy it and that would break my heart.

Thanks all!

I'm not 6'2" (5'7" on a good day), but if you fit a Miata I don't see how you won't fit this since it has more legroom. There's a photo in this thread with a 6' 3" person sitting the car with a helmet.

Drooollll... That'd be awesome. Having talked to Ken before, he is a very chill guy, and so it wouldn't be an awkward ride with some random driver. Yet an enthusiast just like you.

That would be me, I'm at 190lbs with an avg bf% and stand tall at 6'2". I'll give you all the details on how I feel inside the car after/if we get to sit inside the car.

I know what you mean, we may all have to make a slap the official handshake of the First 86.

My +1 is very disappointed though. She told me to remind Scion that +1s usually get the real vote that counts. Plus I'm so giddy she can't stand it.
