I have sumitomo htr zIII. I like them since its got good perfomance for a good price. Falken and sumitomo are actually from the same company. Fronts are 215/40 and rears are 225/40. Has a minimal stretch so its practical yet clears fenders. No rubbing issues at alll. I'd say about 2.6 lower
