Yes you should that road sucks but honestly wouldn't they be covered under warranty still at this point?

Let's approach this from a more constructive/friendly perspective. The key point is that oil brand loyalty moves from car to car but you need to use the specified weight for the engine you have now. Using the same brand as you did with your previous car is great; using the same weight may be a bad move if it is not the specified weight for the new car. Different engines have different tolerances and the specified oil takes that into consideration..

I don't think anyone here would find it funny if your motor were to explode..
