Got my MD inspection today. First they tell me it won't pass because of tint, I call BS, it's 50% on there. So I got to pay $22.80 extra for them to laser check it, and sure enough. It passed just fine. Ridiculous. Won't be going back to Hillmuth. I shouldn't have to pay for your inaccurate eye guess.

Not a chance in hell I'd have paid for that.

Wow.

Thats really messed up. Was don doing the Job ? I have been there numerous times with about 3 Md State inspections with one of them having 35% tint on a SUV (My Saab) with 0 Issues.

Sounds like a dumb ass tech. I would leave a bad review and call and complain and try to get all your money back.

That was the service writer who told me I'd have to pay. No idea who did the work.

Not worth it, never going back.

It looks like Sunday might be a good day for a drive. Sunny and warm, plus Friday and Saturday's rain should wash all the remaining salt off the roads. I'm looking forward to it.

I'm glad to hear you'll be looking for another BRZ soon. And again choosing the best color!

I should be able to get both cars out, so it'll be a fun day. Maybe something like this?
