![]() Here is an earlier log I took with the unmodified v1.42b tune: http://www.datazap.me/u/solidone/91-...2-3-4-7-8-9-10 If you zoom in on the first spike in rpm to red line you will see the LTFT at +12.5%~17.19% Here's after I modified the MAF scale: http://www.datazap.me/u/solidone/maf...2-3-9-10-11-12 I understand that looking at fuel trims and adjusting one parameter is probably not the best way or the right way, but it produced good result. Stays on the target AFR's without much or any correction by the ECU. I've worked on cars for a while, but am an total noob when it comes to electronic engine management. Closest to "tuning" fuel and ignition I've done is rejetting carbs and installing woodruff key to advance timing or making a car pass CA smog test. I need to get schooled in this stuff. It's all mumbo jumbo to me right now. |

just ignore all of the stuff about port/di ratios. looking at your log it looks to be much improved, but it'll be a lot easier to tell with the data formatted in a more friendly way. |

I have a catless fp too and my logs look similar to other stock cars and I've had no issues with ltft.

My snorkel has been trimmed, running a K&N, and I'm on 91. I had no issues with the tune before or after my snorkel was trimmed either.

Also I noticed during low rpm range and high load, such as lugging your car up a hill in too high a gear, you will more likely see your IAM get cut down. Specially if your fuel map is off (indicated by wildly fluctuating or really high STFT) What is the diameter of your cat-deleted front pipe? Brand? Last edited by solidONE; 01-07-2014 at 12:07 AM. |
