Gauge Pods?!?

Sure, the plastic may be 10 cents, but what about the cost of the machinery, the people to program it and other people to maintain it. Then people and machines to paint it, or the added cost of correctly matching the original color plastic. If you can make one for 10 cents, why aren't you selling them? I'm sure people would jump at the idea to pay that kind of money for a precision built part, I'd love to see you stay in business with a model like this.

Besides, $30 for an air vent gauge holder is nothing.

Thanks for the lesson in economies of scale. It doesn't cost that much to do injection moulding, btw. Less than a grand for a mould that size these days.

Has anyone heard back from Mike from Prime Motoring about the dash gauge clusters? I've sent two PMs two weeks apart and haven't heard back from them... :/

Not sure if anyone's posted this yet, but this is the gauge pod I just got. They make a single, and dual, integrated into the dash vent.

I was just about to post that link

I emailed him and he directed me there. It's about $80 shipped for a single 53mm, which is pretty decent value imo. Ordered mine to go along with the ATI Vent pod (one is getting an AEM Failsafe, the other an Innovate Oil Temp/pres)

Good choice for your setup
I went with the msa dual a pillar gauge pod myself but almost ended up with the same setup you're getting.
