Hmm, I wonder what that says about me being a 50+year old buying a Scion?

Heck, if I follow my normal pattern (a buddy introduces me as "Yea, this is the guy I was telling yo about, he drives his cars until they don't make parts for them anymore") I'll probably still be driving it at 72.

I guess I'm weird but I've always preferred cloth over leather. I never find the leather as comfortable in the long run.

I love the Toyota steering wheel. Wish they were selling it in north america. Do not like the Scion or Subaru ones w/ the shiny logo. Imprinted, understated 86 logo FTW.

The 86 as long as it doesn't have the red steering wheel

After seeing where this poll has gone, I'm actually a bit concerned. Anyone else seeing the BRZ possibly becoming the next Dodge Stealth, compared to the more desirable 3000GT and not stick around as long?

Not trying to make a nasty debate nor try to agree to disagree, but just a tad worried and concerned. Love them both (even cars like the Stealth) but sometimes they can become the lost sister years down the road.

This is but one site. It's pretty close if you ask me. I voted FR-S.

I wouldn't be worried about that.

Just due to age and money I'm sure a lot of people are wanting to buy the Scion, because it will be the cheaper of the two. It should also be the first choice for people wanting to buy a car for the track.

The BRZ is just more upscale, has more amenities, and is a bit more subdued. I just have a gut feeling that as much as I like the Scion aesthetically now, that the BRZ will be a "better" choice, especially for the long term.

I need to get on making that damn pros/cons chart already...
