What I hate is the hard ride when on poor roads...like the Belt Parkway and Staten Island Expressway. (Not sure how those that use those roads on a regular basis can take it, especially in a car like the twins that have a firm ride)

Pretty much because it has no function. Go to an auto part store and get 5/8" plug, take the tube off and plug the hole on the bottom. Ta-da! If you have stock intake you're gonna need one on the elbow too. I Don't know the size on that since I have a new inlet hose.
