What are everyone's thoughts on the Winjet Headlights? I think I might pull the trigger on a set.

They are nice, a little tricky to wire a HID kit in, may be very hard to retrofit *I have not heard anyone's take on retro fittting them - too new*

How are they tricky to wire an HID kit?

I guess they use a different harness than the factory harness, so to hook up HID's you have to do some pin re-wiring in the factory harness and I think a little wire tapping to get them to work properly. Plus they use a different bulb size than stock. So you have to be cautious of that when ordering HIDS.

Well that makes my decision easy haha. I am probably the worst when it comes to wiring I wouldn't have a clue how to do that.

There are some guides out there, I saw reference to them in the cosmetic modification forums on here. Never give up

Merry Christmas to you as well. Keeping with the christmas theme I see haha nice little touch of red. what shift knob is that?
I wanted a shorter shifter and to replace the reverse switch with something other than plastic, that one looks aluminum.

Actually I ordered both pieces in polished! The red is nice though

Sigh, I miss my FR-S. I wish it was warmer so I could bolt on everything I have in boxes... spring will be nice, but so far away.

Yep, the classic winter blues, seems to be aflicting me too. Let's change the topic, have you decided on which FI kit you are going with next year?
