Installed. Hardest part was getting that dang flasher changed.

It shouldn't be different, it's just tough to get your hand in there and unclip / clip it in.

is there an installation guide? I wanna see how complicated to install it before I place an order.

Is the blink speed adjustable? It looks cheap fast for me.

It is installed the same way that the Tom's tail lights are, you can check that installation guide here. It will take about 15 minutes total including removing the stock tail lights.

The blinker speed is not adjustable but you can turn it on or off for the "cascading effect"
