You can't buy a rear quarter panel, it's part of the body.

Might as well go with a Rocket bunny or a wide body rear panel cover if you smashed yours up. It would probably be a lot cheaper and look cooler . LOL

You can get them threw toyota just like we do at body shop but it will not be cheap
