And so it begins!!!

Out with the old.

Soon will be in with the new!! Tomei clutch type 2 way and Weir Performance 4.56 ring and pinion. As soon as it's done, if it's even half of what I expect it to be, free rides at the next Dallas meet I'm at, lol.

Just picked up my car Thursday! I love it and can't wait to break it in and get out to cresson! Do you still meet at the Torchy Taco in Ft.Worth? I work right down the street from it.

Yeah, it's usually the 2nd Thursday of the month. I'll post something up after Christmas. Hopefully my car will be put back together by then. I'll still show up none the less though.

I need to find a mod friendly dealer to take my car to. Vandergriff is the devil. Asked them to lower my clutch pedal, they looked at me like I was the one that was insane. Inquired about the implications of installing my Evo3 catback, and they said it voids my Emissions warranty. Guess that's what I get for buying a new car.

I've used both Autonation in North Arlington and Toyota of Fort Worth for maintenance type issues. Give them a call to see if they can help.

Why not do those yourself? The clutch pedal takes maybe like 10 min to adjust, would depend on how flexible you are. Also depends on how man times you have to adjust it. The exhaust would only take maybe another 30 after that as long as its a direct bolt on.

Heck, we could always make a meet out of it. Get some people together and install parts on people's cars that want help.

I tried to do it myself, but I'm a big dude, absolutely had no chance getting underneath there. The exhaust is a direct bolt-on, just concerned about that BS "emissions" warranty I "void" according to the tech.
