Im perfectly clam. Did I curse you out or anything? I did not mean to come off as a d*ck either. It just seems like you were attacking my opinion in your post.

You don't need to curse to seem not calm. Saying I need to have my eyes checked and putting a couple words in bold made it seem like you were a little fired up. My original post was made because a few people thought that what you posted was the new 2+2, I was just informing them that the article didn't say that. I wasn't attacking your opinion (at least, I didn't do it on purpose).

If it weighs 3100 lbs, RWD, and 315hp for around $24,995 it would be a winning recipe. A half price Cayman with more power than it and similar weight(loaded).

![]() Of course we're all hoping that it's ~2800 lb. or less, but even if it is 3300 lb., with 315hp it would destroy the FR-S/BRZ... Looking forward to it, hope it actually makes it to production! |

I'm going to put on my faux-economist hat and say: Anything that's rwd, brand new and would "destroy a FRS/BRZ" is absolutely going to cost more than $24k, by well.. a lot.

This car will share a platform and many other components. It won't cost a lot more than a GC as it will probably be a smaller version of it anyways. I believe 25k base is spot on and it could rise to 31k with options like sports pkg and premium package.

This car might also end up being a Z fighter. The pic on the first page looks kinda 240z ish but wider. This is the only car this year that I'm setting my eyes on as I know it will be affordable. All the other cool cars coming is expensive.
