What would you drive during the Zombie Apocalypse?
What would you get for the end times, Zombie Apacolypse, or a world as depicted by Kevin Costner's "The Postman".
I would choose these badical Hayabusa Drift machines. I so want one. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TWEapOcjFUU"]MAD Kuusaa - Hunted - YouTube[/ame] |

Nissan D21, it's already sitting in my driveway, gets ~22 mpg, A/C still works, parts will be plentiful during the apocalypse, and one of the primary choices for those already living in a Mad Max-esque society. Most would claim Hilux but I found them to be not as comfortable and the Nissan gets better power out of the motor which it shared with the 240sx for a time.
http://www.edmunds.com/nissan/truck/...tml?style=1590 http://www.edmunds.com/toyota/pickup...res-specs.html Oh and it crossed the English Channel with a complete idiot piloting it. ![]() Also, it slides around quite well for being a fourbanger really easy to get the back end around in the right situation (plenty of smiles were had before I could afford the FRS), minimal computers (i.e. no ABS) so little need for diagnostic equipment that will quickly disappear or become unusable. |

The Marauder from Top Gear
It seemed pretty much unstoppable, plus that was a funny episode Nick C.

Actually, I might go with another Top Gear vehicle. That military truck that drives itself. Everyone could be in the bed of the truck shooting zombies. No one would have to be occupied with driving.

Motorcycle is probably the dumbest choice given how sensitive they are to road debris and surface. Loud as well. However, that kind of maneuverability would probably be useful as well.
Personally, I'd rather have this and an army at my disposal: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cDoRmT0iRic"]The Marauder - Ten Ton Military Vehicle - Top Gear - BBC - YouTube[/ame] |
